Egypt PCR Test Requirements:
As a precautionary measure, foreign visitors traveling to Egypt during epidemics are required to provide a printed negative PCR test certificate upon arrival. The test should be made of a nasal or oral cloth and be based on a certificate issued by an approved laboratory. Certificates are accepted in Arabic or English.
The coronavirus test medical certificate must be issued at least 72 hours prior to flight to Egypt.
Passengers with a COVID-19 immunization certificate are exempt from the test by claiming to be fully vaccinated at least fourteen days prior to travel.
Children below the age of 6 are also exempt from this entry requirement.
Public Health Card to travel to Egypt:
Travelers are also required to submit a completed public health card upon arrival in Egypt. Passengers are required to provide flight information and contact details. Authorities will notify them if anyone they travel to later tests positive for COVID-19, in which case they should self-isolate.

Flight hand luggage restrictions:
The UK government website states that there is no restriction on flights to Egypt, Laptops, phones, and tablets larger than 16.0 cm x 9.3 cm x 1.5 cm are not allowed on flights to Britain from Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt, Arabia, Jordan, and Tunisia.
