How long does it take to process a Dubai visa?

Dubai visa processing time is approximately seven working days. Entry into the United Arab Emirates (DUBAI) is subject to immigration approval.

Is there any age (constrain) limit for UAE visit visa?

There is no age restriction for getting a Dubai tourist visa, but that tourist whose age is less than 12 years and traveling to Dubai alone will be required NOC letter from the parents. A family visa is needed if you are entering UAE with family members.

Health & Covid-19 (Vaccine, quarantine, vaccine card)

  • The four vaccines approved by the UAE government — Sinopharm, Sputnik V, Pfizer-BioNTech, and Oxford-AstraZeneca.
  • Only passengers/travelers with a valid residence visa who have received two doses of a UAE-approved vaccine can travel to Dubai.
  • All the passengers traveling to (UAE) Dubai from Nigeria should present a negative rapid reverse transcription PCR test report taken 48 hours before the departure. Only QR-coded negative rapid reverse transcription PCR test certificates are accepted.
  • Passengers traveling to Dubai from Nigeria must undergo a reverse transcription PCR test four hours before departure to Dubai (UAE).
  • Also, another reverse transcription PCR test will be done on arrival in UAE (Dubai).
  • Upon arrival, all the travelers from Nigeria should undergo institutional quarantine until they receive their reverse transcription PCR test report, which is expected to be received in 24 hours.

Quarantine:

In Dubai, Self-quarantine is not required unless you are required to take a further COVID-19 reverse transcription PCR test on arrival. In this case, you must isolate until you receive a negative COVID-19 PCR test result.

Traveling to Abu Dhabi:

Only United Arab Emirates (UAE) citizens, residents with a valid residence permit, and those who are eligible for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) can enter the UAE through Abu Dhabi’s airports. All other kinds of visas remain suspended. If you are traveling to Abu Dhabi (UAE), you must follow these additional rules:

  • Unvaccinated travelers arriving from other nations must take a RT-PCR test on arrival, quarantine for 12 days, and take another RT-PCR test on day 11 from arrival.

Gold:

Children over two years of age are allowed to carry duty-free gold jewelry.

Batteries:

Batteries spare/or loose, including lithium-ion cells or lithium metal, must be carried in carry-on baggage only for portable electronic devices. Every passenger/traveler is limited to a max of 20 spare batteries.

Tourists arriving at DXB:

Before travel, tourist’s peoples must check with their airline for unique details relevant to their country of departure.

At an officially recognized testing center, all tourists must carry out a COVID-19 PCR test before arriving at DXB, no more than 96 hours (4days) before the flight departure time.

The negative COVID-19 reverse transcriptionPCR test result must be presented in printed certificate format by the traveler on arrival at DXB. The PCR certificate must be in Arabic or English only. Handwritten certificates will not be accepted.

Kids under the age of twelve and passengers/travelers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from PCR test requirements.

Residents: local money up to 5,000 NGN In banknotes. Foreign money: up to 5,000 USD Exceeding amounts should be declared upon departure.

Non-residents: local money: up to 5,000 NGN in banknotes if declared upon departure. Foreign money: up to the amounts imported and declared on arrival.
