What is Singapore Arrival Card, and How does it work?

The Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) introduced the Electronic Arrival Cardearlier in 2019. The Singapore Electronic Arrival Card or SG Arrival card is not a visa. Instead, it is an electronic document used to replace the traditional paper Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (DE Card). All Foreign visitors must submit the SG card upon arrival.

All travelers seeking entry into Singapore can use the SG Arrival Card with electronic Health Declaration (SG Arrival Card) to submit personal information, trip details, and a health declaration.

Travelers must submit the SG Arrival Card three (3) days before the scheduled arrival date in Singapore. This is done to avoid unnecessary delays during the immigration clearance process.
