It is mandatory to take another COVID-19 PCR test on arrival at the Malaysian International airport. If the PCR test result shows positive, there is a self-quarantine, and you need to follow the Malaysian Health Authority guidelines.

You don’t have to give a Covid-19 (Corona) negative certificate while submitting your visa application. You must hold the vaccination certificate PCR tested for no more than 72 hours.
