  5. The passport with the endorsed visa can then be picked up.
  6. You’ll need to show a valid passport with a validity of at least six months from the arrival date, a confirmed return ticket, and sufficient finances to cover your expenses are also required at the Sri Lankan border.

  1. You must submit an ETA application directly to the Department of Immigration and Emigration Head Office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, if you invite a foreign individual to Sri Lanka for a vacation or business trip.
  2. You must submit the ETA application for your guest, along with the processing money, to the DI&E office.
  3. When the department receives the Visa application, it will give you and the applicant an approval or referral notice (who applied)
  4. If you get a referral notification, you must contact the Department of Information and Education for further assistance.
