Or, if you are to initiate voluntary work for a short period, get a copy of a letter from the organization concerned on its letterhead.

Do minors need additional documents to apply for a Kenya Business visa?

No. But it is advisable to bring a photocopy of the minor’s birth certificate showing both father and mother’ full names, date of birth, and nationality. Translate your birth certificate into English.

Should I provide a Covid-19 PCR test certificate for my e-Visa application to process?

On Arrival

It is mandatory to take another COVID‑19 (coronavirus) PCR test on arrival at Kenya International airport. If the PCR (COVID‑19) result is positive, you will be required to self-quarantine and adhere to the Kenya Health Authority guidelines.

You don’t provide a Covid-19 PCR Test negative certificate while submitting your visa application. Instead, you must have the vaccination certificate tested for no more than 72 hours.
