2. French people with a National ID Card on condition that they are traveling for tourism and returning to their home country.
Travellers coming for tourism provided they have any proof of identity which is issued to:
- Travelers are staying for no more than 14 days. Eligible citizens are following: Algeria, Antigua & Barbuda, Samoa, Austria, Bahrain, Barbados, Seychelles, Switzerland, United States, Belize, Brunei, Canada, Colombia, Singapore, Tunisia, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica Rep., El Salvador, Slovak Republic, Sweden, Fiji, France, Germany, Grenada, Guyana, Honduras, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Hungary.
- Travelers are staying for no more than 14 days. Eligible citizens are following: Andorra, Japan, Australia, Kenya, Bahamas, Spain, Tonga, Venezuela, Kiribati, Latvia, Bangladesh, Lesotho, Belgium, Lithuania, Botswana, Luxemburg, St Kitts-Nevis, Tuvalu, Bolivia, Malaysia, Brazil, Maldives, Cameron, Malta, Chile, Mauritius, Costa Rica, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines.
- Travelers are staying for no more than 14 days. Eligible citizens are following: The United Arab Emirates, Zambia, Mexico, Cote D’Ivoire, Monaco, Czech Republic, Morocco, Dominica, Mozambique, Ecuador, Namibia, Estonia, Nauru, Finland, Netherlands, Gambia, New Zealand, Ghana, Nicaragua, Greece, Nigeria, Guatemala, Norway, Haiti, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Panama, Iceland, Papa New Guinea.
- Travelers are staying for no more than 14 days. Eligible citizens are following: India, Paraguay, Republic of Ireland, Peru, Israel, Philippines, Italy, Poland, Jamaica, Portugal, San Marino, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Saint Lucia, Suriname, Tanzania, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, Uganda, Uruguay, Vatican City, and Zimbabwe.
- Canadian and American nationalities provided they are going back to their nation;
- Travelers with British passports regardless of endorsement in their passports concerning their citizenship provided they are returning to the country from departed;
4. Travellers with a Seaman Book as long as they are traveling on duty.
- Exception: if a passport is issued in Syria.
Document Validity:
For the duration of the intended visit, the passport or alternative documentation must be valid.

- Travelers with British passports regardless of endorsement in passport concerning their citizenship;
- Travelers with passports issued by Hong Kong (Chinese Special Administrative Region);
3. Citizens are living in Montserrat.
Additional information for Montserrat visa policy:
1. For their next trip, all travelers must have all the necessary documents, a return or onward ticket, and sufficient money to cover their visit expenses as per Montserrat visa policy.
2. Visa exemptions are allowed for a period of no longer than three months. By applying to the Immigration Department, it is possible to extend this period.
If travelers do not follow the rules of entry, they will be deported to their home country. The transporting carrier will have to pay all subsequent costs and expenses as per Montserrat visa policy.

For travelers departing from Montserrat, the following airport service charges are imposed:
1. USD 13-for CARICOM Member States nationals, USD 21-for all other people.
2. The service fee levied on all other travelers is USD 7.50 or its equivalent.

The exemptions: Within 24 hours, transit travelers can continue their journey.
Currency Import regulations:
Local currency (XCD-East Caribbean Dollar) and foreign currencies can be imported if the sums imported are reported upon arrival.
