4. Provide your head’s full front view in the middle and present a neutral (non-smiling) expression
5. Except for religious reasons, you can wear no eyeglasses or headwear
6. Your photographs should not be appended to your application and may not display adhesive tape or staples

- Hotel booking(s) made in Peru.
Additional Requirements for Business purposes:
- An apostilled letter of invitation from the Peruvian business associate to be sent directly to the Embassy in English or Spanish.
- A letter from the company in which the individual is working, with reference to the applicant’s company profile and intention of travel.
- Evidence of company registration.
- Applicant’s Personal Bank Statement (3 months latest).
- The applicant’s most recent one-year income tax certificate.
- Slips in salary for the last six months.
Additional Requirements for Tourist purposes:
- Form 16 (1 year) Individual Income Tax Return (ITR), where applicable.
- Complete itinerary day by day while in Peru.
- Proof of fund, e.g., Fixed deposits, bank statements, proof of financial solvency. Those are required even if funded for the ride.
Do I need to send you my passport to obtain a visa to Peru? Is a passport safe to send?
