Covid-19 Travel Restrictions in Slovakia

From a select list of nations, Slovakia has opened its borders to travelers.
Slovakia is starting to loosen its restrictions on travel. Although Slovak citizens, members of their families, and residents of Slovakia may travel from anywhere to Slovakia, international travelers may now also reach Slovakia if they have arrived from Slovakia and for the past 14 days have only been on a select list of countries.
Passengers are expected to complete the Public Health Passenger Form at least 24 hours prior to departure for Slovakia.
Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Lithuania, Lithuania, Slovakia can reach Slovakia without the need for a COVID-19 examination or quarantine as of 22 July 2012.
Those entering Slovakia who has recently been in countries other than those mentioned above must register online at https:/korona.gov.sk/en/ehranica/ upon arrival and contact them after at least 5 days to arrange a COVID-19 RT-PCR examination. Anyone staying in the same household must also self-isolate if travelers are self-isolating at a private residence. They can end their self-isolation after the traveler receives a negative test result.
