Or, if you are to initiate voluntary work of short duration, get a copy of a letter from the company concerned on its letterhead.

Do minors need additional documentation to apply for a Mexico Tourist Card?

No. But it is advisable to bring a photocopy of the minor child’s birth certificate showing both parents’ and guardians’ full names, date of birth, and citizenship. Also, translate your minor’ birth certificate into English.

I am applying Mexico Tourist Card for me and my children (minor). Should I apply for a separate FMM for my minors?

Yes, each person must have a separate travel document.

Ensure that your child’s travel document is valid at least for the next 06 (six) months from the arrival date in Mexico.

Should I provide a PCR Covid-19 certificate for my Mexico Tourist Card application process?

It is mandatory to take another COVID‑19 PCR negative test report on arrival at Mexican International airport. If the test result is shown positive, you will be required to self-quarantine.
