Covid-19 Travel Restrictions in Gibraltar

The Gibraltar government has lifted its travel restrictions. All entering travelers with valid documents will be able to enter Gibraltar via the Gibraltar International Airport.
The Government of Gibraltar declared on 14 August 2020 that it is a legal requirement for passengers to complete a passenger locator form and to report to the authorities if they have been in a relevant area within 14 days of their arrival in Gibraltar. A offence punishable by a fine of up to £1000 is a failure to do so. A region, area, or territory outside the European Union, but excluding the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and the Vatican, means the relevant area. The list of countries protected by the schedule (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay, and China) is also exempt. Travelers from the ‘appropriate region’ are subject to a 5-day self-isolation in a hotel from the last 14 days and must be swabbed on day 1 and day 5. A private swab must be arranged by travelers who are not registered with the Gibraltar Health Authority (GHA).
Travelers flying to Gibraltar are required by the Government of Gibraltar to complete a COVID-19 contact tracking form. This form will be given by airlines to travelers.
