Travelers must apply a COVID-19 PCR negative examination, a completed Health Declaration Form, released within 7 days before arrival, and are subject to mandatory health screening upon arrival. Travelers arriving outside Antigua and Barbuda must book accommodation in hotels licensed by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in advance.
Upon arrival, travelers must apply a negative COVID-19 PCR test released 7 days before arrival and a completed Health Declaration Form. Children under 12 years of age are removed from the COVID-19 PCR-RT test results.
Travelers coming from the travel bubble (Anguilla, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, or St Vincent and the Grenadines, British Virgin Islands) are subject to compulsory health screening upon arrival but may be subject to conditions for quarantine or self-isolation.
Travelers arriving from outside of the travel bubble through hotels licensed by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda must have pre-booked accommodation. They will be able to travel to their accommodation and move around the world, but all the regulations placed in place by the local authorities must be followed.
Travelers staying with families, friends, in private accommodation, at their own place of residence or other location not approved by the Government would be subject to an interview as to the suitability to leave for their accommodation arrangements and are subject to self-isolation for a period of 14 days. Those not found to have sufficient accommodation are subject to, at their own expense, a 7 to 14-day quarantine in a government facility.
