The borders of Dominica are open to all arrivals now.
Dominica has reopened its airport to both domestic and international travelers. 24 hours before arrival, arriving passengers will need to complete an online questionnaire and have a PCR swab test with a negative result taken up to 72 hours before arrival. It is important to upload and send the PCR result with the questionnaire and receive an approval email from the Dominican Ministry of Health. Travelers without this email would not be permitted to board a flight to Dominica.
On arrival, a Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) will be taken. If the RDT is negative, then the traveler must self-isolate in a government-operated or government-approved facility for five days before obtaining a further PCR examination. A further PCR swab test will be carried out if the RDT is positive. It will be at the traveler’s expense.
In a government facility or in a licensed hotel or guest house, arriving travelers who test positive will be subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine.
