Introduction

Trinidad and Tobago are a fairly contradictory exercise. In Trinidad, lush mangrove swamps and rain forested hills sit side by side with refineries of smoke-belching oil and stunning industrial lands. Tobago has what you can dream of a Caribbean island, with plenty of palm trees and white beaches, but the tourism industry remains largely unchanged. Combined, this twin-island republic offers unparalleled birdwatching, first-class diving, and spacious rainforests suitable for hiking and swimming in the waterfall. Trinidad visa requirements for non-US passport holders are simple, and they can get a Single-Entry visa or Multiple Entry visas. For holders of US passport, a Tourist Visa is not required.
