A Pre-Arrival registration form must be completed before arrival for all tourists and returning people to Saint Lucia. Until travel, reservations must be verified for either a government-operated quarantine facility or a COVID-19 accredited house. The airport will screen all incoming passengers, including temperature checks. There will be isolation and testing of any symptomatic travelers. Both visitors will be expected to stay at their hotel or Government-Run Quarantine Facility in quarantine/isolation until the test report is obtained. If the test is positive, all tourists and nationals will be moved to a rehab center until they are clinically healthy and receive two negative test results.

All returning residents, with the exception of those arriving from within the travel bubble designated by the Government of Saint Lucia, will be subject to a 14-day quarantine at a government-operated quarantine facility or a COVID-19 approved house. These nations include Aruba, Barbados, Bonaire, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Montserrat, St. Barthelemy, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla, and the British Virgin Islands.

For the duration of their stay, all foreign visitors must stay at a COVID-certified house.
