Montserrat has banned all foreign nationals from entering.
The entry of all travelers who natives, spouses, or dependents of natives are not, or airline workers, has been prohibited by Montserrat.
All intended arrivals must complete and apply, at least 72 hours prior to arrival, an Access Declaration Form, and provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result. The form can be found on the website of the Montserrat Government.
Both passengers must wear a mask or face cover on the aircraft and at the airport during screening. Temperature controls will be carried out upon arrival, and all passengers arriving in Montserrat must have a self-quarantine period of 14 days starting from the date of arrival.
