For some nations, Kyrgyzstan has relaxed its constraints. Travelers must present a medical certificate given within 72 hours before arrival with a negative COVID-19 PCR.

With the exception of citizens, Kyrgyzstan’s immediate family members, travelers with a permanent residence permit granted by Kyrgyzstan, passengers with a diplomatic passport, students with a certificate from a higher education institution in Kyrgyzstan who have obtained prior approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyzstan has prohibited most travelers from entering the country.
Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, China, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Pakistan, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Turkmenistan, the UAE, and the UK;

For travelers entering the country, there are no quarantine conditions.
Anyone who enters Kyrgyzstan displaying COVID-19 signs will be taken to state medical facilities. On arrival, arriving travelers are likely to be subject to temperature controls and other medical monitoring and may be asked to separate themselves at home. Travelers who do not have any symptoms should then be permitted to have 14 days of quarantine at home.
