Guam is open for travel, but on arrival, travelers must be quarantined.
Guam is available for flying. Depending on where they are coming from, travelers arriving in Guam are subject to quarantine or self-isolation.
A negative PCR test for COVID-19 should be sent to travelers from high-risk COVID-19 areas within 72 hours of their arrival.
