Based on their rate of COVID-19 incidents, the Czech government has listed countries. It would not be appropriate to quarantine or include a PCR test for travelers arriving from countries deemed to be low risk. Visitors coming from countries that are not considered ‘low risk’ may enter the Czech Republic for restricted, specific purposes only.

Exceptions include family members of EEA / UK nationals living in the Czech Republic (who must provide proof of their relationship) as well as travelers with a D visa issued by the Czech Republic or a C visa issued after 11 May 2020 by the Czech Republic. On the Czech Ministry’s website of the Interior, you can find descriptions of how countries are categorized and the rules in effect for travelers from those countries.
