Except for Cook Islanders and Cook Islands Permit Holders, the Cook Islands have limited entry to all passengers.
With the exception of Cook Islanders and Cook Islands Permit Holders who have been present in New Zealand for at least 30 days and whose primary purpose of travel is to return home or to take up or resume jobs, the Cook Islands have limited the entry of all travelers.
